Please be aware that because of the nature of our program, time slots are limited and there is NO guarantee that a make up lesson will be provided to a student who misses due to illness or other circumstances, even when advance notice is provided. Lifetime Swimmers must be notified in advance for any classes that a swimmer will miss. There will be NO make-up classes offered for a student who is a no show to their scheduled class time.
As a result of the limited time openings you must agree to one of the time slots that are provided. We will not accept requests on the time slots for make-up lessons. Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled. There is a maximum number of one make-up lesson per student. Please also note that the instructor of the make-up lesson will often times be different than the instructor that your swimmer had for their initial lessons.
There is a $20 charge for each make-up class. The instructors are paid for their time at the pool even when your swimmer does not show up. Then another instructor will be paid for their time spent giving the make-up class. This charge covers the cost of the extra instructor’s time.
There will be no make-up lessons available for traveling instructors/lessons. In addition, classes missed during the last session of the season will not be able for make-ups as the season is concluded once the 8-day session is over.
In the event of a cancellation of the 8-day session, Lifetime Swimmers must be notified at least 14 days before the session is set to begin. If cancelled with less than a 14 day notice the amount paid for lessons will not be refunded.
There will be NO REFUNDS for missed lessons, no shows, or if the child/parent is not willing to participate once classes have begun.
